DETAILS | Silk magnolia with the creamy tepals made in crêpe silk botanically dyed with myrobalan (Terminalia chebula). The central cone-like carpels and surrounding stamens in silk velvet dyed with rhubarb (Rheum emodi), weld (Reseda luteola) and myrobalan plus a touch of cochineal (Dactylopius coccus) for the silk organza on the inner side of the stamens. Leaves in satin organza dyed with indigo (indigofera tinctoria) and weld for the adaxial (upper) side and rhubarb for the abaxial (lower) one. Stem wrapped in satin also dyed with rhubarb.

Each flower is completely handcrafted. Each of them unique.
