GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms establish the conditions, rights and responsibilities of using this website. By using this website, found under the "analamata.com" URL, you are bound to these terms and conditions. These conditions may be modified at any time and without prior notice.

ORDERING :

Please note that each hat is handmade and therefore unique. Each piece is made to order and to measure, respecting the waiting list. To order or inquire about a specific piece, please contact us at info@analamata.com and we'll get back to you ASAP with availability, pricing and waiting time. 

The waiting time for the handcrafting and delivery of any piece (hat, botanical) depends on the workload of the workshop at any given time. General estimated time being about twenty days since the order is accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance, that will be confirmed to you by email. Product availability may be limited by the availability of the materials used (some of them not being produced anymore). We reserve the right to change at any time and without notice the items offered on the website. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of the pieces, each one is unique and its characteristics may vary. Colours of the items shown on the website may vary from the actual colours of the finished product.

All prices on the website are quoted in euros. They include VAT, payable if delivery is within the European Union, but exclude delivery charges, which will be detailed separately. We may change the prices on the website at any time and without notice. 

Payment methods accepted are : credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.

SHIPPING & RETURNS :

Once your order has been completed and processed, it will be shipped within 48 hours (working days). Shipping rates are determined by volume, weight and destination at point of purchase. We will detail them when the order is ready to be shipped. Please note that on all orders place for delivery outside the European Union it is the customer's responsibility to pay any subsequent duty fees and import taxes that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries.

Our return policy is simple, you have fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any hat bought, excepting those made to order, customized or discounted. We must be notified in advance, via email. No international exchanges are accepted. The goods must be in perfect condition : free from wear, stains, marks, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. The returned item must be in its original hat box. Boxes cannot be damaged or altered in any way and cannot be used as the external parcel for the shipment. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

PRIVACY POLICY :

We are committed to complying with all Data Protection legislation and act according to Spanish law in personal data protection : Organic law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

We may collect data from those users who contact us through the different contact forms made available on the website.

The personal data collected through such means will be incorporated into our files in order to manage the reason for your contact as well as for the purpose of sending you commercial, promotional or advertising communications.

The user consents expressly and unequivocally that those personal data facilitated are incorporated into our files. This consent can be revoked at any time by directing a written communication to the email address info@analamata.com, including a photocopy of your id or other similar identification document.

All the elements (photographs, texts, etc.) contained in this website are the exclusive property of Ana Lamata. No reproduction, distribution or modification of this content is permitted without the prior agreement of Ana Lamata. Once agreed, the desired content may be used under the proper credit.
