DETAILS | Silk carnation.
Petals are cut individually, hand-coloured with cochineal (Dactylopius coccus) and shaped with different flower making tools. Stamens are handmade in silk. Sepal, leaves and stem silk thread are colored with myrobalan (Terminalia Chebula).
Each flower can be left on its own or mounted on a sterling silver pin.
Each of them completely handcrafted. Each of them unique.
DIMENSIONS | Aprox. 5 x 5 cm (flower), plus stem (from 20 to 30 cm long). They can be made to measure.
